My parents brought me up with a strong belief in God. I hold fast to my beliefs and my values. My family is very important to me and I want to thank God for them. God has been so good to me, I cannot express how grateful I am for the miriad of blessings He's given me throughout the years. God has given many friends which have been with me when times have been hard, and who rejoice with me in the good times, too. There's one thing I learned throught my trials and struggles and it's this: "One of the secrets of life is to make stepping stones out of stumbling blocks."

Books are a big weakness of mine. I love to read. I've got books galore. Books under my bed, in my dresser, on my dresser, in my closet, in boxes, just about anywhere. And I love all kinds of christian music, classical music, opera, Andrew Lloyd Webber, hindi music. My favorite music for prayer is "Whisper" by Genie and Troy Nilsson.
I love hindi movies. My favorites are: "Taal" (love the music), "Mann", "Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai" with Hrithik Roshan, "Dillagi" and the one that made me cry so much more than anything was "Yeh Vaada Raha" an old hindi movie. My two favorite movies that aren't hindi are "It's a Wonderful Life" and "Amadeus". My favorite painter is Thomas Kinkade (Painter of Light). I collect his works too. I can't decide on my favorite authors, there are so many I enjoy. T.D. Jakes, James Dobson, Josh McDowell, Charles Spurgeon, Tony Evans, Patsy Clairmont, to name a few. I love Precious Moments. And my favorite animals are horses.
